As FORECR OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy while you visit our website. In general, you can use our website without providing any personal data (Personal Data).
In order to ensure compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hereby present the following information within the scope of our disclosure obligation regarding the Personal Data we have obtained as the data controller.

- Personal Data We Collect
Whenever you visit our websites, we store certain information about the browser and operating system you are using; server log file information; your activity such as the date and time of your visit, the status of the interaction (e.g., whether you were able to access the website or received an error message), any search phrases you entered, the names of the files you access, the amount of data transferred, the web page from which you accessed our website.
We may collect Personal Data about you, such as your full name, phone number and email address, when you fill out a contact form, request a quotation, download website content, or sign up for our email mailing list. To receive a quotation or support for a product, we require a name, physical location (country), and a way to contact you, such as a phone number or email address.
If you choose to purchase a product from us, we will collect your payment information through email or phone. If you directly contact our sales or support team, download any website content, or sign up for our email mailing list, we will send you promotional emails on our products, events, or industry news. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt out of them by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.
We use Google Analytics for website metrics and analytics in order to analyse usage patterns of our website, so that we may provide the best format possible. The personal data processed this way cannot be attributed to a specific data subject and cannot be linked to other data such as e-mail addresses or names.
- How We Use Your Personal Data
We use the Personal Data we collect to analyse usage patterns of our website, send you marketing communications, respond to your questions and requests, provide quotations for our products, and protect our IT systems against attacks and other unlawful activities.
Our website is accessible without any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. However, to receive a quotation or receive support for a FORECR product, we do require, at a minimum, your name, and your phone number or your email address. If you do not wish to provide this information, we may not be able to provide a quotation or technical support.
For other purposes (e.g. display of personalized content or advertising based on your usage behaviour), we, and if applicable, selected third parties, use your Personal Data if and to the extent you give your consent.
Also, we use Personal Data to the extent that we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., storage for the fulfilment of obligations, release in accordance with official or judicial orders to a law enforcement authority).
- How We Share Your Personal Data
As FORECR, we will not rent or sell your Personal Data to others. We may store your Personal Data in locations outside the direct control of FORECR (for instance, on third-party service provider’s servers or databases). Our email mailing list is run by a third-party online application, HubSpot. Within our HubSpot account, we store Personal Data such as your name, email address, company, job title, mailing address (if provided), and phone number (if provided). Additionally, we store Personal Data within our Shopify and Odoo ERP accounts, including your name, email address, company, job title, phone number, order details, usage data and purchase preferences. At any time, you may request access, correct any information, or delete any information that we have collected from you.
We also store non-personal data collected from cookies (such as anonymous user data, referring/exit pages and URLS, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) within our Google Analytics account. This information is used solely to analyse usage patterns of our website and is not shared with any third-parties.
- Transfers Outside the EU
To achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU that are deemed to ensure an adequate level of protection under Art. 45 of the GDPR.
- Storage and Processing
Your Personal Data collected through the FORECR website may be stored and processed in where service providers maintain facilities. FORECR may transfer information that we collect about you, including Personal Data, within these countries. The Personal Data we collect from you may be stored as long as the purpose for which it was processed has been achieved.
If you no longer wish to have your Personal Data stored of processed by us, upon your request, your Personal Data will be deleted immediately, and you will be removed from our mailing list. However, if you have placed an order with us in the past (whether completed or not), we cannot delete your Personal Data for purposes of exercising our legal claims as per Art. 17(3) of GDPR. In this case, we will mark the relevant Personal Data to restrict their future processing.
- How We Protect Your Information
As FORECR, we are concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards.
We do not collect payment information through our website and are working to provide secure socket layer technology (SSL) to protect from breaches to our website server. However, for online payments, we use Stripe, a third-party payment service which enables us to take payments with debit and credit cards as well as other methods. As Stripe may process some of the Personal Data you provide as a data controller, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Statement on these matters at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We use third-party plug-ins on our website for contact and mailing list sign-up forms. Through these plug-ins, your Personal Data is not retained, shared, stored or used for any other purposes.

We keep your Personal Data that we use for the purposes described above as long as we need it, except where legal requirements imposing us keep it longer or less longer apply. As soon as the purpose for which your Personal Data was collected and processed has been fulfilled, we delete this data.

For reasons relating to your particular situation, you have the right to file an objection at any time to the processing of Personal Data pertaining to you that is collected under Art. 6(1) para. (e) and (f). If you file an objection, we will continue to process your Personal Data only if we have mandatory and legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if processing is for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. To the extent we use your Personal Data for marketing based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time without giving reasons.
If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data violates legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
